Viticulture

Gatito Loco Blanca is made from night-harvested, 100% Organic Garnacha Blanca selected from two vineyards sites in Andosilla and San Adrian. The Atlantic climate nurturing the 15 year old plus vines which are rooted in calcareus clay soils.

Winemaking

The wine undergoes a cold pressing and pre-maceration for several days before a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel. No oak-ageing.

Tasting

A bright fruit-bursting 100% 'Organic' Garnacha Blanca that emphasises vineyard over bodega and discards the traditional image of Rioja. Clean and crisp, intense yet fresh, the stone fruit, peachy notes are supported by tropical passion fruit and mango with citrus undertones. A long complex finish. *Suitable for Vegans.
