Viticulture

Te Quiero red is sourced from 2 different vineyards within La Mancha, both of which are 100% organic. The high elevation of 1000m plus ensures big differences between day and night temperatures which give the vines a chance to rest.A mixture of younger, trellised vineyards and older bush vines are predominantly dry farmed but younger vineyards use irrigation to help establishment.

Winemaking

Fruit is both hand and machine harvested before transport to the winery where it is de-stemmed and undergoes a controlled fermentation to capture all the beautiful, vibrant red fruits. Post primary fermentation, the wine spends 3 months in barrel before storage or bottling.

Tasting

How something so conspicuously good value can taste so delicious is beyond us! The colour is dark and inviting, the aromas bright, rich yet full of energy. The palate is an array of ripe dark fruits, hints of spice and warmth, all while being balanced and juicy.
